“Farewell, Mona Lisa”, a brand new track from critically acclaimed rockers THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN, was premiered this Christmas exclusively on Sirius XM‘s Liquid Metal. A low-quality recording of the song can now be heard in the YouTube clip below.
“Farewell, Mona Lisa” will be made available as a digital single on January 19. The song comes off THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN‘s new album, “Option Paralysis”, which will be released on March 23, 2010. The opus, recorded in Orange County, California with longtime collaborator/producer Steve Evetts (THE USED, GLASSJAW, EVERY TIME I DIE), will be the debut release for the band’s brand new label Party Smasher Inc./Season Of Mist. Other tracks set to appear on the CD include “Good Neighbor”, “Gold Teeth On A Bum”, “Crystal Morning”, “I Wouldn’t if You Didn’t” and “A Room Full of Eyes”.
